Leadership Link: An Evening with John Salako at Prested Hall

Join us for an inspiring Leadership Link event at Prested Hall in Feering, Colchester on Thursday 14th May, where we welcome former England international and Crystal Palace legend John Salako for an engaging evening of insight, stories and leadership lessons.

Throughout an accomplished professional career at the top level of English Men's football, John became known not only for his talent on the pitch but also for his professionalism, determination and resilience. Representing clubs such as Palace, Swansea City, Coventry City, Bolton Wanderers, Fulham, Charlton Athletic and Reading, before hanging up his boots at Brentford in 2005. During his career John also earned caps for the England Mens's national football team, he experienced first-hand the pressure, discipline and teamwork required to perform consistently at the highest level.

At this special Leadership Link event, John will share the lessons he learned throughout his career and how the mindset developed in elite sport translates directly into leadership, performance and success in business and life. Expect an honest and engaging conversation covering topics such as:
